This painting is my interpretation of the rhythm of life along the Cooks River. I live near the river. I see the ebb and flow of the tide. Over the course of a year I see changes in the bird and plant life. The light reflects on the water, changing through the seasons often mirroring the sky. For many years now, The Cooks River has inspired and informed my artwork. And it continues to do so.
