A strong love of the Australian bush and an appreciation of its natural beauty, harshness and fragility underpins much of my creative work. I chose charcoal and coloured pastel with this large drawing, allowing me to work freely to capture the untamed irregularity of our majestic native bush. Spaces like the Greenway offer a unique opportunity to escape, even briefly, from the hustle and bustle of our modern urban life to be immersed in a natural and serene environment.
