Sitting quietly by the river with my watercolours calming my brain from the sensory overload of city life, I can breathe here. My focus shifts from my worries towards the silvery leaves of the coastal banksia flickering in the breeze, and I notice how the sun collaborates with the foliage to make pretty dancing shadows on the tree trunks.
